Panel 21 – High angle. Kassandra sits on the edge of the rooftop watching the City. The view is warped as we are seeing the City through Kassandra’s eyes and her specialized glasses. Superimposed over the City view is a green grid and computer stats buzzing along the bottom of the frame.
Panel 22 – A part of the glasses, Kassandra hits the button on the ear piece. “Alchemis, where’s Xochitl?”
Panel 23 – The warped view of the City gets a map laid over the grid with streets and a dot, showing Xochitl’s location. “Call her.”
Panel 24 – Xochitl standing in the lobby of high end apartments, she pushes the button on her bluetooth headset. “I just walked in, you’re scary you know.”
Panel 25 – Kassandra sits on the edge of the rooftop swinging her legs. “She should be home, her cellphone is turned on and it places her in her house. Make sure to keep your cell phone on.”
Panel 26 – Xochitl at the doorman’s desk. “Of course. Excuse me sir.

Personality: Acario Panagakos is efficient. He is a man of few words who gets what he wants, when he wants it and how he wants it. He is a parents dream except for the fact that he runs the Greek mafia that deals in human trafficking, drugs and real estate (the cover for his businesses). His wife perfectly fits into the picture that he has painted of his life. His wife is the youngest daughter of the Defense Secretary for Greece, attractive not beautiful, and is on several nonprofit boards. Acario, most importantly, hates loose ends and winning.
Panel 10 – Kassandra sits in her lair. She is surrounded by computer panels and racks. In front of her are four screens.
Panel 11 – Close-up of the four screens Kassandra is watching. In the top left screen is an image of the police that are at the apartment of the crime scene. In the bottom left hand screen is the view of the hallway of the front door to the apartment. In the top right screen is a view of the outside of the building where Xochitl and Foster are talking. In the final screen is a map with a dot labeled Xochitl and dot labeled Foster.
Panel 12 – Xochitl answers her cellphone interrupting her conversation with Foster. It is apparent that Foster is annoyed by this.
Panel 13 – Close-up of the crime scene and the police examining the room. Kassandra “Xochitl, I have eyes inside and we’re all set-up.”
Panel 14 – “Of course, not a problem.” Xochitl is smiling at Foster. Detective Foster’s posture shows his increasing annoyance.
Panel 15 – “Ms. Mateo, we have an investigation that I need to proceed with, can you please–” Xochitl waves a hand at him, holding up a finger in the gesture, one minute I’m on the phone.
Panel 16 – Close-up crime scene, the police measuring and photographing the scene. Kassandra is recording via the device she planted and Alchemis is recording the information which appears at the bottom of the panel reading, “Room Temp 67° :: Time 17:00 :: Lat / Long 40 / -74 :: Body height 5’4 :: weight 140lbs.” Kassandra says, “Looks like they haven’t found anything that we haven’t, Alchemis will keep monitoring. Is Foster giving you a hard time? Marty is on his way to the precinct.”
Panel 17 – Xochitl is putting her phone back in her purse and is smiling at Foster apologetically. Detective Foster is not amused, “Ms. Mateo, we have a dead woman upstairs this is not a game.”
Panel 18 – Xochitl, “Of course not. My lawyer will be meeting me at the precinct, should I meet you there or should I wait for you to finish?”
Panel 19 – Detective Foster is furious. He grabs an officer by the arm that is within reach. “Take Ms. Mateo to the precinct to get her statement, please.”
Panel 20 – Detective Foster is walking up the steps entering the building. Xochitl is following the Police officer to his vehicle and she asks the officer, “Does he ever lighten up?” The officer smiles, “Can you walk on water?”
